As of 2026
Motorhome travel knows no borders, and neither do your guests. Many operators welcome guests from neighbouring countries, and some run depots in several countries. This hub shows what matters when renting internationally.
For the full picture, read the motorhome rental software guide.
Three stages of going international
Stage 1: foreign guests
Your vehicles stay at home, but guests book from abroad. You need a booking flow, rental terms and confirmations in English and payment methods that work internationally, such as cards and PayPal.
Stage 2: trips abroad
Guests drive to Italy, France or Norway. Clarify insurance, breakdown cover, tolls and low-emission zones and put these rules in the contract.
Stage 3: depots in several countries
You operate your own locations in different countries. Each depot needs its own terms, payment methods and possibly its own currency.
Features in our software
Our software supports multiple depots in different countries with their own rental terms, extras, payment methods and currencies. The interface and the booking widget are available in English and German, and payments run via Stripe, PayPal and Secupay.
